It shows the licences for each user in each file or folder.

BPACLer is a totally free utility that shows you ACL (Access Control List) information on the files and folders you indicate. In other words, you can see all the licences each user or group has to work on these files.

BPACLer is practical, above all because you can see in just one screen all the information relating to each user (administrator, user, workgroup, etc) in reference to each file. This way, you can save all the tedious work of doing it all one by one.

The information on licences that you can access via BPACLer is the following: total control; permission to edit/modify, read and run; read only, write only, and permission to be able to access file contents.
